Founder & Principal Trainer
Sandra Abena Buah-Odoom is the Founder and Principal Trainer of SABO Care Training & Consultancy. She established the organisation following over 3 years of frontline experience in UK health and social care settings and more than 2 years of experience delivering healthcare training and workforce development. Her approach is rooted in practical, real-world care experience, ensuring that training is relevant, applicable, and improves day-to-day care delivery and compliance standards.
